Join us for a special celebration of the Heritage Vancouver Society's Top10 Watch List as it marks its 25th anniversary. For a quarter-century, this annual list has highlighted places and important topics around social history, meaning, and the diverse cultural identities in Vancouver, drawing wide public awareness, discussion and thinking.

Heritage Vancouver Society’s Executive Director, Bill Yuen, will lead a Q&A conversation with JP Catungal, Robyn Chan and Amy Robinson, community members from recent Top10 Watch List sites. Together, they will explore what heritage and conservation mean in their contexts, why these places deserve attention, their relevance across the city, how the Top10 recognition helps raise awareness, and what people can do to engage with heritage conservation.

Experience an evening of stories, art, music and refreshments as we explore the places that make Vancouver home!

Featuring Vancouver paintings by visual artist Mark Prosser and a special performance by Guzheng virtuoso Michelle Kwan.

Heritage Vancouver Society

Heritage Vancouver Society is a proudly independent, non-profit charitable organization dedicated to fostering inclusive urban communities.

We work with diverse communities, amplify underrepresented voices and challenge traditional notions about heritage through educational programming, public discourse, and cultural projects.

Our vision is to create a Vancouver where everyone acknowledges and values the ways people forge deep connections to place through identity, cultural practices, history, and memory.
